Did Remington ever make a BDL in 308?

I've been think about buying a Remington M700 BDL, and I'd like to get it in 308.  However, I've never seen one in that caliber.  Did they ever chamber the BDL for 308?

The longer answer is yes, in the Stainless Steel, and Varmint Special models.

Yes they did. I had one in the late 70`s early 80`s. It was nice! blued with nice wood. shot great.
