no but shoot sst's out of an 18" 300 savage. probably pretty similar in velocity as the 06 at 15 inches considering extra barrel and efficiency and all. they shoot real well but cant say how they do on game. havent killed anything with them yet. they should work fine but i wouldnt choose NBT's over the hornady sp's or the sst. i shoot those things at everything and really like the H sp. NBT just have too many horror stories for my liking.
