Anyone on the forum know of any company that makes a light weight  plastic stock for the Ruger Compact/Frontier.

Mine with XS Express  rear ghost ring rear and post front, unloaded and with ching sling weighs 7 lbs. I'm looking for a target weight under 6 lbs with this setup.

Might want to try Brown Precision---McMillan---or HS Precision and see what they can do for you.

Just rememeber it ain't gonna be cheap----and will probably cost as much as you paid for the rifle.
