Can anyone tell me if Thompson Center made any Carbine barrels with the armor alloy finish.

No, it was only sold as a handgun and with 10" and 14" barrels. it came in these calibers 22lr, 223, 357 max.,44 mag., 7mm TCU, 7x30, 30-30, 35 Rem., 45 Colt/410.
Some might have been available from the Custom Shop but only in short lengths. After their fire, I seen some 14" advertised on their web site for $110 a piece. I wish I would have bought more back then.
