my season went pretty good. this was my 2nd year .
i got 17 muskrats i got 35 for them
i got 2 mink . 8 bucks each
12 coons,i got 10 bucks for my biggest one. ( they were green )
got 1 skunk that i gave to my dads friend becasue he skins them, uses their juice and uses their fat for coyote trapping.
no fox this year either. i came really close a good dozen times but now since i read some books i know a few more things and did a few things wrong.

I done o.k. considering I only had about 10 traps all together and I can't drive yet, have to work around school, and just trapped around my home when I had time. I caught 5 coyotes, 1 red fox, 3 coons, 2 beavers, and plenty of possums. I am going to work hard his summe to build up my supplies and knowledge so next year I can catch plenty furs.

Not bad year here, I think if you can get out and sets traps....that is a good year whether you catch anything or not.  I got:

72 Muskies (fair year)
7 Mink (bad year)
18 Coon(bad year)
24 Reds(above average)
9 Greys(normal)
too many skunks and Grinners
7 Beaver so far

Hope you all have a great 2003!
