OK guys I was gonna hold out a bit longer before showing you my highly modified and super tuned handi prairie dog killer. It has been altered and modified so highly you're really gonna hafta look hard to even see the handi roots in it. :eek:

So without further ado, here tis:

You can hardly see where the hinge pin is-was...and the barrel latch lever being alterd as you have it done...looks pretty nifty...I bet it opens more like a bolt action now huh

Well uh yeah it kinda does. :lol: That was one of the more expensive parts of the modification really.

But it's still a single shot just like before.

I didn't go the same route you guys do on the trigger mod either. I had it fitted with an externally adjustable trigger assembly that came off of a Remington 40X target rifle. I heard they were the best made so I had it fitted to my handi. :-D

wow GB that looks sweet but i think i'm going to have to check the rules i don't think thats going to be aloud in the postal match.

Wal just dang, ya mean I customized it too much fer the postal match? :eek: Sum folks always jist gotta go too fur with this customizing stuff I reckon. :-D

:shock: Jeeze! Me thinks that the only thing left that is/was NEF is the sling swivel studs!! Nice Greybeard!! What kind of scope are ya puttin on it and what caliber is it?

I'll be putting the new Bushnell Elite 3200 7-21 scope on it and it's a .223 Rem. Hope to have both gun and scope in my hands some time in February.

Not to worry, the .30-30 will be intact and in place for the shoot. Gotta have it or you guys will think I'm not a handiholic. :eek: :-D

Yup it came in, er I mean I got it modified.

It's wearing a newly introduced Bushnell Elite 3200 7-21 scope. I'll try to get a new photo of it and post it soon.
