Stock for 742

:D Gentlemen and ladies,
      I just bought a 742 in 06 and the acton looks like its not been shot much but, the stock looks like its been beat with a hammer. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement stock for it? I've looked online with no luck. put a Simmons  Whitetail expedition 1 1/2X-6xi. Should be a nice Elk rifle....
