got my sporster back today.
« on: March 02, 2005, 02:48:02 PM »
I sent my sporster in about a month and a half ago to get a 17 Hmr barrel fitted to it.I finally got it back today.I can say I thought that was pretty good to have a barrel fitted , the transfer bar replaced,  and a trigger job.Now if I get a chance to sight it in this weekend.I mounted a Tasco (I know everybody hates them)World class 3-9x50 in burris zee rings.I haven't had any trouble with any of my tasco scopes yet.I doubt a little 17 is going to shake it apart. :D

Good to hear you got it back. When you have to wait on something it seems to take forever. Shhhh-Don't tell anybody but I have used several Tasco scopes and only one went bad and that was because I dropped it and bent it. :D

I've got a tasco 32x on my Ruger M77 Mk2 22-250. It shoots just fine.
Ohhhh, I hate when that happens
