Easy venison roast

Put deer shoulder, ham or roast in large browning bag with whatever spices you like rubbed on meat. Add small potatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms, peppers and celery to bag. Add 1 quart apple juice, seal bag and put into baking pan. Make a small slit into top of bag to let out steam. Put into preheated 350 oven and cook for 2 hours or until done.
