Was going to buy a 7600 Carbine but a 700 would be a viable choice. If there is such a thing what was the barrel lenght and who was the distributor. Thanks RichV

Classic is the name of the annual limited production run made by Remington for many years now. Somewhere on here there is a list of the chamberings for it since the first one. I honestly am not sure if the .35 Remington was ever one of them. Even if it was they are in the hands of collectors mostly and finding one would be near impossible so of no help to you.

The only current production Remington rifle I'm aware of chambered to the round is the Custom Shop Model 7. I think they have 20" barrels. They are chambering both the .350 Remington Magnum and the .35 Whelen in cataloged rifles but not the .35 Remington other than in the Custom Shop Model 7s to my knowledge.

No 35 Rem. yet in 1988 they made the 35 Whelen, and in 1985 they made the 350 Rem. mag. thats your choices if in the market for a 35 cal Remington Classic. As always

I'm well read on the Classics, thought I missed something, I had a Classic in 35 Whelen, Cool gun but overpowered for me, Therefore the 35 Rem search.
