If you are speaking of Corbin Company's RF Jacket Making kit, yes, I have used mine (in the mity Mite) on occasion. Just follow the instructions. Points to pay attention to is stuff in the empties: sand will ruin your punch in short order. Also, some runs of brass are so brittle that the ends tear off the empties when you pass them thru the die. As it's a real pain getting a stuck jacket(end punched out) out of a reduction die, I discard all jackets in a lot that I first experience an end tearing problem with.  .22 empties are too plentiful to take unnecessary risks. Also, see if your punch has a removal ejection rod. If so, get a few more from corbin if you plan to make a lot of jackets. They are expendable and if you have an extra in your supply box you won't have any down time.   8)
