No, they haven't been altered...many people shoot that round in their Nagants though, so I guess I.O. thinks its okay to advertise them as that caliber....pretty unprofessional if you ask me.

The right ammo is alot cheaper now with the surplus coming in now.

My buddy has the dies, so we reload .32-20 cases for it - works pretty well!
Only the original type ammo will seal the chamber though - the other ammo types will lose some velocity thru the barrel-to-cylinder gap.  Not a big deal though.
These guns are great fun with the swinger targets.  The low-vlocity lead loads don't damage the .22 swingers.
