Rem J-Lock

I'm trying to find a used PSS w/o the J-lock..can someone post a pic of this thing (J-Lock) so I know what to look for. I have an idea but would like a pic.

Don't know that you'll find one unless you go back quite a few years.  If you are familar with a model 700, you'll know instantly when you see a rifle with a j lock. Its a little round bar thingy opposite the bolt handle. On the end of it, there is a slot that looks like the letter J.  The Rem bashers have been really shrieking about it but its really no biggie.  You can unlock it and forget it or for a few bucks, you can get a aftermarket replacement shroud.

To prevent problems with the j-lock, just leave the keys in the box and thow the box away.  I've never had any problem with the lock.
