Was just cruising through Sports South and looks like there is going to be a few new guns coming in 2005. I just wonder who is making them? Looks like they will also be offering a 20ga Topper Deluxe Classic with 26" VR barrel. :grin: I see that there will be 26" barreled Huntsmans and a rifled barrel with rifle sights for the Pardner pump. New combo barrel packages on the auto's, just hope they are built in the good 'ol USA.

I see a Handi in 500 S&W, Ultra Varmint in .204 and 22-250. Ultra Comps in .270 & 30-06. Help me guys!

Looks like 2005 might just get a little expensive! :?

Here's hoping that 20ga Topper Deluxe Classic with 26" VR barrel has screw-in-chokes.... Don't suppose after puttin' a bug in their ear for all these years they started listenin'....Now to find a ML Turkey thumper amongst that list.... MTNMAN :wink:

I'd like to think that they'd listen to us a little bit but I really wonder since from the cost of the new autos and double they are likely more import clones of existing guns. Out of all the guys I talk to about guns I never hear any one say "I sure wish I had a cheap copy of some one elses auto"I wonder if they will ever come back out with 12 ga front stuffer. God knows they've had a bug in they're ear a time or two about that.

I'll take one of those 12ga front stuffers too, if they ever make one. :?

I sure hope they put screw-in chokes in that 20ga TDC, that would make a nice all around upland game gun.

The 26" .50 cal Huntsman barrel is also another nice addition, just wish it was in 12ga.

Anybody notice that there are not one but TWO 357 cal. versions of the Handi listed as "New"? One wood stock version and another synthetic. Looks like maybe H&R/NEF might be listening after all!! Gonna order up mine right after Christmas, no make that two, I know I'll be modifiying one, that way I'll have one stock, one reconfigured.
