Why we shouldn't ask Graybeard to close this topic?

Very little traffic here.  Doesn't seem like there is that much interest here on cartridge collecting

...or is there?

I would like to hear your comments.

I wish it were busier, but I can see the reasoning behind closing it. I am a beginning collector, but there is little help here on it. JMO. DM

I have asked simple questions and did not get an answer.  I had to use the rest of the internet to find solutions.  So, yea, it would not bother me if it was closed.

What is needed is a knowledgeable collector who is willing to share his expertise to step up and be the moderator.  I am just the interim caretaker until that person comes forth.

If such a person does show up and answers peoples question then I think this forum can thrive.

Gun-nuts are always running across collectible and oddball stuff. If we had a place to find out what it is and connect us with some one who wants it would benefit us all.

All that is needed is a leader, on this subject, I don't qualify!

Close or not to close

If it's closed, I'd like to see a forwarding address. No point in folks making off-forum comments somewhere else.

I don't think this forum will close.  It's not all that active, but it does perform a service.

It would be nice to find a moderator who know about cartridge collecting.

Why close it?  It's not eating a lot of bandwidth or anything.  I've been using the Greybeard site for awhile, this is the first time I even noticed this section!  I'm not online as much as I used to be, once a week is pretty much it, too many fora, too little time!

Papajohn,
I don't think Greybeard is going to close this thred. Sure it's not the most active thred here, but it is a nice resource, and these posts would just end up under the wrong topic elsewhere here.
Hopefully it will be found by more cartridge afficianados, and possibly become more active!
