Hey fellas, I am new to the forum. I just bought a Tikka T3 Lite and have a question about how the set trigger is supposed to work? The manual says to push the trigger forward, am I doing this right? Or am I misreading? Thanks for any help.

I have 2 T-3's and neither one have a set trigger. Doesn't your rifle only have 1 trigger?

Possumhunter. I did not think you could buy a Tikka in the USA with a set trigger. :eek: I realize, just like in my Sako manuals, that the directions are in there for a set trigger, but like I said I did not know you could get one in the states. Course, I have been wrong before . . . so maybe I am here also.

It only has one trigger, I was just reading the manual about a set trigger, and was trying to figure out how it worked! :oops: Quess it don't work cause it ain't got one! My mistake. The manual says to push it forward. No wonder it won't work! :lol: Thanks

possumhunter...no big deal, just enjoy the rifle. It is one heck of a shooter and you have probably the best bang for the buck available. Good Luck.
