How to skin a goose

What is the prefered method of dressing Canadian geese? Some say pluck. Some say skin. Which is easier, faster/easier? Best of luck. POW

The easiest and fastest is to breast them out.  You can clean a goose in about a minute and a half if you go this route.

Cut the skin in the middle and pull it off outward.  Get a knife and cut them out.  Then find a friend to give them to. :lol:
