What is this Tracker worth?

I just found a .45lc Tracker for sale in a gun/archery shop that is going out of business because the two owners couldn't get along I guess. It is in "new-like condition" and has a 6" ported barrel.

Can anyone tell me what this might be worth? They were asking $275 but I think it could be bought for a little less. I have been looking for a CCW in .45lc and I was considering this very revolver in a 4" barrel.

i got the 357 in it an it was 380 the 45 lc is the same price new
so if hes sayen 274 get him to go to 250 an if u dont like it give me 3 weeks an ill give ya the 250 for it lol

Thanks for replying. I thought they might be around $400 new but I wasn't sure. I'll probably offer $200 and go from there and hopefully get it for $225 to $250 if I decide to go after it.
