I have been looking over my DW really colse tonight while also dryfireing it. it appears to have a short hollow pin holding the fireing pin in place. I have also found out its a gun manufactured in Monsom Mass and has a 6 didget serial number.  The rear portion of my sight appears to be somewhat loose as well is there a fix for this? Seems I find more and more to question the more I handle and look at my DW Oh well what else can I do. At least I am amusing myself.

makes a replacement rear sight. Roll pins need a special punch to remove them. Lyman/Pachmayer make the punches
