More miscellaneous cutlery of Teutonic origin
« on: December 05, 2025, 03:25:45 PM »
Some Puma folders.
Unfortunately, I let a man talk me into selling
the White Hunter I had for a healthy profit.
I didn't realize I could have sold it for way more
than he paid.
Also had a Hunter's Pal I gifted to a young close
relative who didn't appreciate it like I thought he would.

I carry a basci pocket knife.
I have in the past had some better, larger knives but it seems to be destiny that eventually i will lose it; usually by using it outdoors gardening or doing tree work and not knowing it is gone till it is too late.

NEVER set you knife down where it cannot be seen from ten feet away.

I have  a  cluster of old school pocket knives , all sizes from my dad and grandfather, but generally do not  use them as replacements as eventually they would all be gone. >:(

. . . .    NEVER set you knife down where it cannot be seen from ten feet away.

I'll add unless you are working at a table or bench
and set it directly in front of you for the briefest
of moments.
I've known several who set a knife down, and
when they realized it was gone, they didn't have
the first clue of where they left it at.
Any folder I'm using gets pocketed immediately
or wiped off before returning to the pocket if
needed.
