  Chicago:  A mother and her young son, beaten by a mob, while walking home from school.

   If the mayor and/or the school officials were worth spit, they would go on an animal hunt in the morning.

 Supposedly by "elementary" students..  I guess by the video that some were still in elementary classes at 17 !

  Jail them.... with no "slap.on the wrist" !
