All because they want "free stuff". They are like the mouse going for the cheese in the trap. It is never free, someone has to pay. Rich people are not moving out of New York. Most are moving out on Long Island, or north up the Hudson. Some are retiring and moving to Red states. So long as they don't bring their voting habits with them. A lot of New Yorkers already get subsidized housing. Mamdani, or as Elon Musk calls him Mamdummy wants to open government run grocery stores. Well that will kill all the mom and pop grocery stores, so there will be food shortages and eventually higher prices when all the private ones close down. Some people never learn.
