  They didn't use AI very well; it looks like the pres looked carefully, then fell by intention..  Just a bunch of AI/BS, the way I see it !

  Is there usually advertising on the steps of Marine 1 ?

  Photo above doesn't look like Marine 1, when compared to actual photo below.  WELCOME ABOARD,  but no advertising on steps.. Marine guard not wearing pistol..
