     Biden was too senile to know, or care, what might happen; as the video I posted said, Putin had no idea that this war would not be over in at most, week

     The Donbas area has been a semi-war for ten years before this happened.    Biden and his flunkie probably had the same thought.

  Yes; Biden was likely senile when he took office, which is why the Democrat party should have been honest enough to admit it, and move him on out.

  Or did they just figure that if they just let Obama run him, that all would come out just peachy ?
