Looks to me like the turtle
had a stroke or a mini stroke,
or maybe even a vision of
his treasonous dealings, or
maybe all of the above, and
hit the wall while addressing
the press

I saw that on the news. He's talkin to the press and all of a sudden he started hearing voices. He's ancient like so many other congressmen. Hes 81, and he needs to go home.
