Yep! For all you "clowns" that think your girl, but aren't, or all you "clownettes" that think you're boy, but aren't. "Minnie soda" is where you need to be according to their governor. He done signed a bill that says your weird perversion, isn't weird, or perverted at all, so go on up to Minnie soda.

Maybe Texas Governor Abbott, and Florida Governor DeSantis can bus a few loads of pervert up there soon.  ;D

Minnesota has backslid soooo much in the last 30 years, it's terrible. It's another case of the large cities running things for the sane people of the state, without consulting them.
