Just picked up my G2 Rifle

Well, I took the plunge and got a TC G2 rifle in the 17 HMR.  I had a marlin 17vs and I wanted the versatility of changing barrels later on.  I took it to the range today - really breezy - but the wind was sort of behind me - blowing over my right ear.  I will try to post the pics - the sight in group was at 50 yds. I thought it was fairly decent. Had a hard time holding the rifle still.  The shooting bench at the public range takes some getting used to.  Wished I had a front rest.  I then went to 100 yd range - but the groups were opening up and still couldn't hold it still kind of rushed the shots because the wind was bouncing the targets some.  I think the barrel needed some cleaning too.  Hopefully it will do better on a calmer day.

I would share the pics of the two targets if someone can post them for me.  Or give me instructions on how to post them.

Also, do you find the extraction of the shells to be a little tight? I can pull them out, but you can tell they swell some.  I kept the emptys from my Marlin 17vs and compared to the contender the last 1/4 inch of the case near the rim seemed to swell more than in the bolt action.
