Just read where a state rep. R.-Mike Loychik has introduced House Bill 51. It would make Ohio the second state to tell the federal government that any gun control laws they pass, would not be enforced here in Ohio. 10th. Amendment gives that right to the state's. No different than Roe vs. Wade.
