that ought to make a comical speach. One who cant read the prompter and the other who needs 5 minutes to reply to any question and they will have to be submitted in print so he can read them and think about it. .

  HIs democrat supporting doctor wrote a note, saying essentially, that Fetterman was sane and sometimes could put more than 3 words together. 

      Not a true medical report, but more like an  "excuse for the teacher".

   Fetterman needs a good doctor...perhaps he should consult a REAL doctor...like Dr Oz..   ;)  ;D

It doesn't Matter if He is Sane or can Speak or Understand....He just has to Vote the Way the DNC Tells Him to....
