I suspect if one done a little research they'd find that the administrators of most teachers unions are themselves "white". :o

That stands a snowballs chance in hell of not being over turned, so I wonder if one of the pserons involved in it even existing is not using a slight-of-hand way to expose the bias in the system.
I once had a long coversation with black gent who worked in the system and he said Minnesota was ripe with : what you see , is not what you have, as far a racial bias and being stabbed in the back.

  One obvious answer;

  School vouchers, the money follows the child!

      Serious competition improves anything it comes in contact with !

  I just don't know why more parents are not demanding it !

  The leftists are always whining how bad inner city education is suffering due to insufficient funds !

  Money following the Child, could solve that problem.  ...But I doubt that funding really is the problem.

There's a teacher shortage. Think there will be many layoffs?
Some affirmative action that won't be enacted, everybody thinks they got something, everybody looks like they did something, everybody is happy!

   ..But just in case they are not lying for once, please explain how a white, non-racist teacher with years of
    seniority is about to be so happy ?

   How will this affect a person who has never had racist thoughts...and even perhaps thought that the
