vaccination cards
« on: August 13, 2021, 08:45:33 AM »
I see two people have been arrested  for falsifying their vac. cards .  So, are these cards some kind of official   Government  document . I dont see where the punishment fits the crime .

Forging a public document is a crime.  Most of these are issued by the county public health department.  Nothing nefarious there.

I don't think it was so much the forging, but selling no?

I just heard on the radio this morning that a place in Pittsburgh called Stage AE is now requiring proof of vaccination to get in. Up until October 1st a negative test can be used, but after that only proof of vaccine.  Stage AE is a place where bands play and a large majority of the crowd is under 30 years old. I'm sure they will have no problem filling the place with vaccinated people.  It sounds like its something right out of the communists playbook.

So. . .
The PTB claims they can't catch
the phoney social security cards
and other fake documents that
border jumpers have and use,
but they have no trouble spotting
fake vaccination cards?

Hmmmmmmm. . .

Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall issues guidance on COVID-19 vaccination, state law

Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall said today his office has seen a sharp increase in questions and complaints about the law and COVID-19 vaccinations.

In response, Marshall’s office released guidance on how state law governs vaccinations and documentation. Alabama lawmakers passed a bill in May year to ban vaccine passports, and Marshall explained what that means.

Main parts of the law:

It prohibits state and local government entities from requiring the publication or sharing of immunization records not otherwise required by law. This means government entities cannot release lists of people who have received vaccines or those who have not.
It prohibits state and local government entities from requiring vaccines as a condition of receiving government services or for entry into a government building.
It prohibits schools, colleges and universities, both public and private, from requiring COVID-19 vaccinations as a condition of attendance. The law says schools and colleges cannot require proof of any vaccinations except those that were required as of Jan. 1, 2021, effectively excluding COVID-19 vaccinations. The law does not affect immunization requirements for students in public and private schools already authorized by state law. (Exceptions to that longstanding law are allowed for religious objections if parents put that in writing.)
It prohibits businesses from requiring proof of vaccination status as a condition for entering a place of business or for providing goods and services. A business may ask customers their vaccination status and request that unvaccinated customers wear a mask or social distance. But the business cannot require proof of vaccination or discriminate against customers based on a refusal to confirm vaccination status.
The restrictions on businesses do not address employer-employee relationships. So the law does not prohibit private employers from requiring employees to vaccinate against COVID-19.
Read the guidance document from Marshall’s office.

The attorney general’s office also said it is receiving questions about COVID-19 “vaccination doorknockers,” also known as “community health ambassadors” in some states.

“While this does not appear to be occurring in Alabama, be advised that you are under no obligation to engage with or share any personal information—including your COVID-19 vaccination status—with anyone identifying as a health ambassador or government volunteer,” Marshall’s office said in a press release.

My wife and I had decided not to take the shots, but after some research we decided that if we wanted to take our usual cruises we'd better do so.
Unvacced folks can cruise but they have more hoops to jump through and they have to remain on the ship in many countries.

And we have a 5 day cruise booked for next month. :)

Edited to add:  We got the J&J single shot.

JMHO-  I won't be going to any foreign
country anytime soon with all the unrest
and infectious diseases floating around.
You used to could go to the Pacific
side of central mexico 30 years ago in
relative safety for next to nothing dollar
wise, and live like a king for a week,
and come back several pounds heavier.
I won't go anywhere these days if I
don't know that I could have a reasonable
chance of getting back uninjured and
disease free , and that I could walk back
from in a few days if need be

I can understand that, but, I'm 78 and my wife will turn 65 while on the cruise, and we have decided that if we are killed, we'll go out doing what we like.   YMMV

I doubt youd see that at least until all the liberal blacks are vaccinated. Biden needs those votes. But then i guess with the biden administration it would be beyond them to require a card for just the white male voters!!
Heh, will blue states require vax cards or passports for voting?

So, they quickly found fake vax cards originating in China ___ BUT they couldn't find fake election ballots originating in China. I see.....it's clear now.

.
Good point. :)
