The older people my grandpa grew
up with called all ammo "hulls "
whether they were loaded ammo,
or empties. I haven't heard that
used in many years
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

We called ammo of all type "shells" and spent cartridges we called "hulls".

Well, the one thing that chaps my a** is people calling any firearm a 'weapon'. I have a multitude of 'firearms', NO weapons so far. A table lamp is a table lamp until it's used as a weapon, THEN it becomes a weapon. If and when I ever use one of mine in a defensive/offensive situation, I'll then refer to it as a weapon. Gun grabbers love the term 'weapon'.

Excellent point. I've owned two weapons. When I sold them, did they turn back into firearms? ;D
