Their delta-wing fighter should be able to do that as when the U.S. still had the F-106 it had been tested for such a thing.
The F-106 site , run by gents who flew and worked on them , waay back was test flown, not zoom but steady state flown, at 70, 000 ft. and hit a steady state speed of Mach 2.7.

For high altitude steady state performance , the delta wing is better than any other form.
One of the flight crew Sargeants that posted on the site said, one time a Six came in with the paint burnt off of all the leading edges and back some ways.
The pilot came in parked where they would normally park, walked by the crew and left.
Not one word about what went on was ever said and no one ever asked what had happened.
He said you just did your job and did not ask questions.

If it's going to destroy enemy satellites, what would it use for weaponry? Missiles, Lasers , even modified rail guns?

  Let's hope Britain develops a competent Space Force.  ...Since I seriously doubt the Biden bumbles will be doing anything for our Space Force.

    I doubt they will fund our newly launched Space Force, even for training!

Missiles, nuke warheads.
U.S. was working on them fifty years ago but the usual, I am sure R. Strange McNamara was one, killed it.

Don't think for a second the U.S. does not know that certain satellites are where they are.

As far as missiles, all they have to do is explode near the enemy satellite. And pound it with shrapnel.
Lasers are becomeing much better, now they are face melting intensity.
