With "so many" Liberal judges on the bench, getting through to one to understand the math, since each has less than two working brain cells, is not "implausible" it's impossible.

I still think the SCOTUS will end up settling this.

Invoking the 12th.   SCOTUS  could end up doing this. They do interpret the Constitution, I'm sure they know about it.

    IMO , SCOTUS doesnt want to touch election fraud with a ten foot pole . Roberts proved that when he declined to take up the mail-in ballot issue .
