Twice blessed
« on: June 19, 2013, 06:11:36 AM »
About a month ago all the kids & Grandkids started drifting in. What a joy it was to see them all. We had trips to sea world and other parks, even took in the circus in Arkansas.

Birthday parties, & family dinners, & cookouts by the pool. Long rides around the ranch looking at the new calves & petting the horses. Since our kids live in cities and they have not been out on the ranch since they were little it was all new & wonderful.

Well they all left, except one granddaughter, yesterday. My wife is still sleeping after noon today. We are tired out. I guess the old saying that you are twice blessed when family visits is true.

We were blessed when they came, and blessed when they went home.......... I just wish home was closer.  ;D
