weaver base for p14

i have this p14 that is flat at the back of the receiver, the ears and rear sight are gone. would anyone have an idea of a flat bottom base that would fit that area? i would like to mount a very small red dot. and does anyone have any experience with a synthetic stock replacement? thanks

I'm certain there is a Weaver base av available for the P14/M17 actions - I had one on my M17 years ago.  But, as for a synthetic stock - don't know about that one.
