where are the tears for the other 3.000+ children...
« on: December 16, 2012, 03:14:23 PM »
This past Saturday 20 innocent children were killed by a lunatic and our President weeped.

On that same day and every day this year over 3.000 children are murdered in abortion clinics... where are the Presidents tears for these lost lives?

Well Brett, several years ago we passed 50,000,000 babies, but THIS PRESIDENT, is like EVERY PRESIDENT since about 1973. There are no tears from this White House of any of the rest of them since Rowe Vs Wade.

I never saw any tears, just him wiping dry eyes. I thought the same thing, why act like your crying now, yet are the pro abortion prez of our lifetimes? Guess those poor aborted children don't add up to a legitimate excuse to "fundementally change" our 2nd amendment.  The school shooting provide a better excuse.:(

Well, if your pro-abortion stance is the same as Obama's where he thinks it is okay to allow a late term aborted baby that survives the initial attack to just die, then maybe you should change your stance.
He's using this crisis to take a poke at conservatives.
here's one of the democrats alligned with his prez.

Lol, and I rest my case with most folks that think in the ultra sense of things. Ultcons, ultlibs, ultreligious, and ultathiests.  My way or the highway. Once you think one way it's impossible to think another. Lets burn em' at the stake. (DELETED) I shouldn't have to remind you to keep the personal flaming out of these discussions! BG

Yes where are the pres. tears for the 5,000 killed in Chicago since 2001 more than our soldiers deaths in Afganistan over the same time period. 228 as of last Friday died by guns in that city so far this year. Where where the tears of all these politicians. Where was all the outrage? What hypocrites. They now claim boldly "SOMETHING MUST BE DONE" while they have the gangbangers in the inner cities of America killing daily and when caught put them in the revolving door of the present day courts. In the prison and out in 5 years or less, in most cases, only to kill again. FGull Auto weapons are common on the mean streets of Chicago and almost any large city. Large capacity mags are a dime a dozen. They get caught all the time with them. Yet today the outrage the moral indignation is so dang phoney from these chumps we call our elected officials. It makes me sick. Many made every excuse in the world for the gangbangers, bad homes. broken homes. underpriviledged, and on and on. Don't punish them harsely they could not help it they can not be blamed and so on. Now by god they are gonna put a stop to these type killings. Arrest anyone with a hint of mental issues including any counseling any drug use no matter if it was when they were teens and later left it behind. Video Gamers thats it thats the answer they have to be crazy to play them. Movies as well that is what makes mass killers.
It is simply unbelieveable to me that so many grown mature people have not one iota of common sense. Listen up!
GAMES ARE JUST THAT A GAME. SO CALLED HIGH CAPACITY MAGS OR MILITARY LOOKING WEAPONS DO NOT KILL. CRAZY UNSTABLE INSANE SOB'S KILL 20 kids. Everyone wants that one thing that one simple answer to a horrible crime. These types of killings have gone on since the beginning of time so to speak. They will continue to happen no matter what we do as a society. The real truth is there is no answer no way to stop crazy insane people from committing these types of acts. We as humans have searched for those answers after every mass killing. The brightest minds have never found the answer. Simply we can not stop a determined person who has chosen of his own free will to harm people. It was that persons decision, he could have killed himself and not hurt anyone else yet HE CHOSE NOT TO. All we can do is kill those that do not kill themselves after committing such an atrocity. Rid the earth of such evil. Yet the same politicians that are so outraged are the ones that let the revolving door of the prison system dump the garbage back to our streets. The sad thing is that there is no real answer and all the knee jerk responses w3ill do nothing to stop killings in general nor will it every stop these types of killings. Tears they do not shed tears they only want to take up the popular beat of the drums. They have cared nothing about those murdered every year n this nation. To any person of any color of any political belief that has a heart the deaths of these children at the hands of this person is an assault on our souls. Simply unbelieveable that such evil exist. Yet it does, it has always been on this earth.

(Modified)  I just think that is awful hypocritical of our President to go on national TV and shed crocodile tears for the 20 children massacred by a mentally ill individual when he promotes the murder of millions of unborn children.

You can't make political hay with the abortions.

I think you could say the same for 90% of the criminals running our government. Abortion is a terrible crime against the unborn IMO and
Lets not forget the senseless wars that have been going on in the name of Democracy. Killing unknown numbers of innocent people (including ) many children. It's not only hypocritical of those in office, but for those of us that put them in office. There is enough hypocrisy to go around!

I don't care for this president and never voted for him, but! What would we be saying of him if he hadn't appear on national TV and shed those (as some say) crocodile tears?

I think it's the way of the world now.  I don't know where on the globe it's any better.  I reckon all governments are corrupt.  I used "now," in the first sentene, but actually I don't know of a time in history that it was better.  Horrible atrocities have always been a part of the human condition.  Wars and crime and corruption and slavery and plagues and house flies.  Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes.  We live in a nice place only a fraction of the time we are here.  Pessimistic maybe, but people have never been free from awful things and they never will be while here.
But I surely see the points you've made.  Use one incident to take our guns.  Use one judicial decision to kill our babies by abortion.  Rush Limbaugh said today he'd turn his gun in if the liberal that berated him could guarantee he'd get home safe that day and not encounter an outlaw with a gun.  The liberal called him "short sighted."  I think maybe all liberals are idiots.  Or crooks.  Or power mongers.

27 people PER DAY died in 2011 at the hands of drunk drivers in the US. There were no national news stories, no statements from the president, no flags at half mast and no talk of banning anything to prevent future deaths.

Moonbats don't really care about saving lives, they only care about furthering their leftist agenda. They will use tragedies like this as an excuse to disarm the public.
"Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves."

---- William Pitt (the Younger), Speech in the House of Commons, November 18, 1783
