Informative review by Jeff Quinn of Advanced Armament Corporation's 300 Blackout Single-Shot Rifle.  The actions look to be made by H&R though the frame are stamped differently.  Anyone know for sure who makes this gun?  Looks like fun.   ;D

I think it's the AAC Handi and H&R did produce it.

According to the advanced-armament.com catalog page 79 it is indeed a H&R handi rifle

There's been books written here on GBO about this H&R rifle. Many of us are waiting to see if it starts mass production and the prices to fall.
