Would it be possible to sleeve or rebarrel a Rossi or Uberti 92 to 218 Bee without breaking the bank?

With the cost of a base gun and decent quality gunsmithing, even at today's prices, I'd believe it cheaper to find a decent Browning M65 ready to go.

You have no idea how close your are, I have the 65 and do not want to expose it to the riggers of the trapline and coyote hunting. But thank you!!!
