Ive come across posts many a times on sites people stating not to shoot a 45-70 past 150 yards at game. That is the most absurd assertion I have ever seen or heard.
Well, especially a Handi ! They're are very small rifles, not very long at all. I mean, would you look at this rifle and expect it to shoot 300 yards (and beyong even) accurately? I know I wouldnt. Looks nothing like a buffalo classic

I'm currently looking into trimming the barrel a bit as well. Possibly down to 18.5-19" mark? Anyone have any suggestions?
