I'm working with a guy right now on getting quotes on the forend spacer and trigger guard made in either brass, steel, aluminum or stainless.  He has my drawings of the forend spacer right now and is working up a quote on that and I'll be sending him photos of the trigger guard tomorrow, to see if he thinks he can do any good with it. Let me know if you are interested in either so I can get a rough idea of how many pieces to tell him we'd be interested in.  No idea of price yet - I'll post a poll once I see his quote (if it looks like we will be interested).  He wasn't interested in shipping to each person, so it would have to be a group order shipped to one person for distribution from there.  He knows this is small quantity and low budget, but says he likes those kind of jobs once in a while.

Toth still lists blued steel spacers for $20, best of luck on the trigger guard production, Toth has been the only one to offer a nice TG so far and I think he quit making them.

I've been corresponding with Graybeard on this project and I believe he is OK with this project.  This would be a non-profit one time group buy.  The purpose of this thread was to gauge the current interest level, and I'd say the level is high enough to make it worthwhile for someone to program and make a few.  Time will tell if that happens. For the moment, I'll just say we are on hold pending further discussion - I'll post more when there is something to post. Thanks to everyone for the input.

There's no question of demand or interest in the parts,  you're not exactly going down a new path.  ;D

Nothing new on this yet - still working on it.  I did see a steel spacer listed when I was looking around on Gun Broker last night for $20 (from a previously mentioned vendor). I'll let everyone know if anything comes of this.

If this ever takes off, I would like a set in brass. I have looked for a while for a set so I really hope this succeeds.

Thanks,

Travis
