Proposed Const. Amendment to Give Equality to Oppressed Race

 Proposed Consitutional Amendment:
 
 "The right of Freedom of Association, however, by whomever and on whatever basis exercised,  individually or otherwise, in commerce or otherwise, is absolute and shall not be regulated or infringed."
 
 Time for a new constitutional amendment  to  restore first class citizenship  to  the most oppressed race in America....white people.

Years ago I wanted to work in the Forestry division for the state of Alabama. Be the guy that drove the tractor that cut firelanes and such. I had firefighting experience and heavy equipment experience. I all but aced the written test. What beat me was points given to people that made less than me on the test and didn't have near the experience I had. Points for being black, for being a woman, for being disabled, for being a Native American. The only points I thought were justified were the points given to veterans, I had no problem with that at all. I came to realize that no matter how qualified I was, I wasn't going to beat the system. I was the oppressed race and I was not treated equally.

i've taken some tests, and saw where
you get so many points for being this
or that.
all that silly @#*&%% needs to stop,
and the most qualified person needs
to be hired. always.
that's why we have so many local emergency
personnel here with criminal records, can't pass
drug screen, etc.

I don't.
I prefer to drive my own car which I have EARNED by working for it and paying taxes.
I will leave the bus riding to you.
