That remarkable story about the guy who got is face chewed off by a drug crazed naked guy makes me wonder when all the benefits extended to the homeless, like cell phones, will include a sidearm. That would surprise me. But it would not surprise me at all if somebody proposed giving pepper spray for self defense.
