New .45 long rifle
« on: March 02, 2012, 08:50:11 PM »
Got this at a good price. Great handling rifle actually. Trigger pull was horrible but after some filing and some sand paper work, got her perfect at 1lb. I know, to light, but that's the way I want them on my rifles.

35" long 13/16th .45cal barrel,  The twist has me thrown off. Im not going to complain about it because I have to shoot conicals in order to be legal " 170gr minimum law" but after measuring the twist with a tight fitting patch, it came out at 1:24 !!

Very unusual I thought.

Stamped PR, FIE, Italy

She will get an entire make over once I finish up some other projects and order some supplies.
