I am about to replace my hammer spring in my encore rifle. I wanted to know what yall suggest, the 30lb, 44lb, or the 51lb spring. Please share your ideas and knowledge of these springs. Thanks

After trying the 51 pound spring, I ended up using the 44 pound one. The heavier one was too large in diameter to work in my pro hunter.

I used the 44# in my G2 which is identical to the Encore as far as the hammer spring goes. It works great and cured my FTF problem with my 45-70 barrel.
