interference from extractor

My 7mm08 barrel has an extractor that bears against the cartridge case. It is no problem when loading but bears agaist thecastng when extracting to the point that though it does extract the spent case it hangs up enough that I have to use the rim of the next cartridge to lever it past the rearmost bulge of the casing in order to free it for removal. Suggestions?        Ken

Flatten the leaf spring a little to reduce the tension, you'll have to remove the rear roll pin to R&R it.
