what kind of grinder did you get?   i know that gander mnt sells some but  some are too small .  I use  one of thiers for the buffalo we process.  We do two at a time.

the grinder says 11 lb a minute it will grind it up as fast as i can feed it

hmmm sumone likes deer meat as well as i do.nice set up! im still useing my gdaddys hand crank grinder he set up with 10 inch pulley and a elec motor. it grinds as fast as yu can drop it in.fishdaddy tell us about how you package the meat for freezing?i was looking at vacuum sealers today, i dont mind the intial cost but the bag stock seems high.but then ive not researched buying it in bulk either.let us know how yu do it?

freezer paper..im wanting to set me a grinder up like you describe but i dont know where to get a pully at? i have the moter and a grinder that clamps to a table.

you can see the roll of feeezer paper in the right of the first pic and the burger goes in bags we bought.i need a grinder for grinding bait like the one you described.
