I saw no one had answered your post, so thought I'd give it a shot. I don't own a Taurus handgun, but own more than one other brand. I think shoulder holsters have their place, and sometimes wear one. I like the nylon vertical rigs with a small to mid size auto. The thin, but wide nylon straps don't print much when worn over a "T" shirt and under a long sleeve, loose fitting, dark shirt. Worn in this manner you may not be able to draw the gun quickly, but at least you have the gun with you and you don't have to keep your jacket on all the time. This rig conceals well and is pretty comfortable to wear. This should work well for the PT-145 as well!
