Need easy trout recipes

This might be better off in the recipe section but....


Anyone have any good simple trout recipes? I gutted... then rolled some in flour, salt and pepper then fried in butter on medium heat. They werent good!

I like to gut the 12-15" rainbows, wrap in foil with salt, butter, & a dash of lemon juice. And bake in the oven @ 350deg. Don't overcook. Thats the worst mistake you can make with seafood.  :o
