Are you ready for Rapture May 2011?

The 2011 end times prediction is a prediction made by Christian radio host Harold Camping that the Rapture (in Christian belief, the taking up into heaven of God's elect people) will take place on May 21, 2011[1][2] and that the end of the world as we know it will take place five months later on October 21, 2011.[3] These predictions were made by Camping, president of the Family Radio Christian network, who claims the Bible as his source and says May 21 will be the date of the Rapture and the day of judgment "beyond the shadow of a doubt".[4] His followers claim that around 200 million people (approximately 3% of the world's population) will be raptured.[5]

Camping's predictions have not been embraced by most other Christian groups;[6][7] some have explicitly rejected them.[8][9][10][11] Christianity Today reports that Camping's teachings have "drawn a flurry of attacks, including sermons, a January seminar in New York that drew 70 pastors, and a Web site (www.familyradioiswrong.com)."

We should always be ready but I put no stock in this. I sincerely doubt that God would reveal to ANY man what he has hidden from his only Son Jesus Christ. POWDERMAN.

If memory serves me right, the book of Revelations depicts certain signs that will happen on this earth that will indicate that time is drawing nigh!
So far I have seen none of these. I believe there is a reference refering to the fig trees bearing fruit in the odd season from what it normaly would bear fruit.
I guess I need to get out my Bible and refresh my memory!

I believe prophecy is being fullfilled as I write. A lot of signs are there and I believe that Gods patience with mankind is almost at the end. I believe it will come soon but not on any day that a MAN decides it will. America passes laws to make killing babies legal and homosexuality is even taught in some of our schools. Right is wrong and wrong is right. I doubt that God is happy with America. God has blessed us in spite of our liberals because we have blessed Israel, til the obamination came into power. I have been on this earth many moons and it is sickening to see what our country has turned into in the last 50 years or so! It is amazing the way that religion has been treated by the federal government. Once again man in his infinite wisdom is causing the downfall of this country and I watch in awe how the people of this country vote! So yes God is all knowing and all present and his patience is probably frayed somewhat at this time.

Predictors of the end, were predicted in Scripture, and we are told to AVOID THEM, as they are "false prophets". As far Scripture left to be fulfilled, there is nothing that needs to be done, to fulfill anymore. For the most part it has all been full filled, and only the 7 Year Tribulation is left to begin.

I believe alot of the problems can be traced back to taking God out of the educational system and the overwhelming number of liberal professors failing to teach the students the path to good citizenship! Instead of their own liberal idealogy. So once again I agree with POWDERMANS earlier post.
The Rapture when it does happens will certainly full fill one of the predictions and that is there will be alot of wailing and knashing of teeth! Many will see the error of their ways but unfortunately to late.
